All ZVV orders are carefully placed into a special jewellery box before being nestled into fully recyclable packaging prior to being posted to your home address.

All orders are dispatched within 2 -3 working days, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for UK orders. Once your item has been sent, we will be in touch with the tracking link. Items costing less than £100 are sent using Royal Mail standard postal service.

International Sales Update - August 2026

A temporary pause on international sales

Due to recent changes in legislation around packaging requirements in the EU, as well as changes to tax and customs obligations in the US, I’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause sales and shipping to destinations outside of the UK.

As a small business, keeping up with the different regulations, registration requirements, taxes and compliance obligations across multiple countries has become increasingly challenging. Unfortunately, at the moment, the additional administrative and financial burden makes it too difficult for me to continue offering international sales in a way that is sustainable for my business.

This is not a decision I’ve taken lightly. I’m very grateful to everyone who has supported my business from outside the UK, and I sincerely hope to be able to offer international shipping again in the future.

For now, I’ll be focusing on serving my UK customers while keeping an eye on the changing requirements. If circumstances become more manageable, I’ll be very happy to reopen international sales.
