EU Right of Withdrawal 

If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

This right applies to all of our pieces purchased via our website.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase, please contact us:

Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• The item(s) you wish to return

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your order.

You must notify us before the withdrawal period ends if you wish to cancel your purchase.

Returning our jewellery

After notifying us, you must return the item(s) using the enclosed returns label.

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Returned items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused where applicable
• Returned with any original packaging, certificates, tags, or accessories supplied

As our jewellery is antique & vintage and often unique, any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund:

• The price paid for the item
• The original standard delivery charge

Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

We will wait to issue a refund until:

• The item has been returned safely
• The item has been checked for damage

Antique & Vintage item condition

All antique & vintage jewellery is pre-owned and may show signs of age, character, or previous wear. Any known condition details, marks, repairs, alterations, or imperfections are described in the product listing.
