Shipping policy

All ZVV orders are carefully placed into a special jewellery box before being nestled into fully recyclable packaging prior to being posted to your home address.

All orders are dispatched within 2 -3 working days, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service for UK orders. Once your item has been sent, we will be in touch with the tracking link. Items costing less than £100 are sent using Royal Mail standard postal service. 

Our shipping costs are:

UK: Free of Charge

International: £50 (DHL Express insured service)

International orders are sent using DHL Express and are fully tracked and insured. Delivery times are dependant upon the destination and a tracking link will be supplied once dispatched. Items costing under £100 are sent using Royal Mail International Service.

Customs and Duties Worldwide

You responsible for any additional customs or duties for delivery to your country.

You will be contacted by the courier to request payment prior to the goods being delivered. Items over 100 years old are no longer exempt from taxes and duty in the USA but are subject to reduced rates. This is also the case in the EU. ZVV will always declare the value amount to the relevant customs organisations.
