Refund policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but, to offer you full peace of mind, we operate a no quibble return, exchange or cancellation policy.

Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery - please use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service with insurance. A returns label will be enclosed with your order but we ask you to pay for the cost of the return parcel. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit - please keep your receipt for proof of postage.

International returns need to be sent using DHL Express Insured Service, with the cost of carriage covered by the customer. Items returning from overseas are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us and we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, customs or other delays. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once the item has been safely returned to us, it will be inspected and your refund will be issued thereafter. We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the item back into our care.

If you wish to cancel an online order you are yet to receive, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

Faulty Items

All of our jewellery is Antique or Vintage so may show signs of wear. Condition notes are included in our listings and any faults are described and photographed. All of our items are bought as described.

Please check you are happy with the condition of your purchase upon receipt and return it to us or raise any concerns within 14 days of purchase. Thereafter, the maintenance of the item is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Please make sure your jewellery is insured as appropriate. ZVV cannot be held liable for damage, loss of precious stones or theft of your jewellery.
